PLC provides assistance to debtors filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy relief. We will assist clients filing on their own (pro se), through clinics and consultation with staff attorneys. We also refer cases to pro bono attorneys who will represent Chapter 7 debtors for free from the beginning to the end of the case.
